Summary
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive who is ready to take their career to the next level and own the full Enterprise sales cycle in the growing European market - from prospecting and discovery through close and account expansion. You will champion Firework’s innovative SaaS solutions to major enterprise brands and retailers across diverse industries, continuously creating and closing key opportunities with organizations that have complex needs. This is ideal for a highly-motivated Sales Development Representative or Account Executive seeking challenge, growth, and exposure.
What you’ll be doing

Work cross-functionally to set priorities and make key strategic decisions for identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities with enterprise accounts across multiple industries

Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach and demos through negotiation and close; manage accurate pipeline data and activity logs in Salesforce

Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers by deeply understanding their business objectives and strategic priorities, delivering value in order to meet assigned revenue goals

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and customized proposals tailored that connect Firework’s capabilities to each prospect’s specific business goals

Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Solutions to align strategies and ensure world-class customer experiences

Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine processes, playbooks, and frameworks that help shape and scale go-to-market strategies efficiently
We’ll be excited if you have

<1 year of full-cycle sales experience, with a proven track record acquiring new business and exceeding pipeline targets with a minimum 1 year as a top-performing SDR

Passion for solution-based selling, complex sales methodologies, and consultative approaches

Strong technical aptitude with comfort leveraging AI tools as well as discussing APIs, SDKs, tag managers, and platform integrations at a conceptual level with various stakeholders

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to both technical and non-technical audiences of all levels, including executives

Comfortable with change in a high-growth organization; you have a natural curiosity and ability to quickly adapt to ambiguity

Start-up mentality; you are team-oriented, empathetic, resilient, and hungry to grow

The role is remote and based in Europe.
