As a Product Manager – AI Automation & Engagement Platform, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Sense’s intelligent automation and agentic AI ecosystem.
You will work on some of Sense’s most strategic platform capabilities, including:
- Intelligent Workflow Automation
- Orchestration & Automation Engine
- AI-powered recruiter productivity experiences
- Agentic assistants and copilots through Sense IQ
- Cross-platform engagement automation and execution systems
This role sits at the intersection of AI, workflow orchestration, automation infrastructure, and recruiter productivity. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, AI/ML teams, Customer Success, and GTM teams to conceptualize, build, and scale products that automate recruiting workflows and empower recruiters with AI-driven assistance.

Role and Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Work closely with Product Leadership to define and evolve the vision for Sense’s AI Automation and Engagement Platform.
- Contribute to the roadmap for:
- Workflow automation capabilities
- Orchestration and execution engines
- AI-powered recruiter experiences
- Agentic assistants and copilots
- Cross-channel engagement automation
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can meaningfully improve recruiter productivity, operational efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Stay current with advancements in Agentic AI, LLM ecosystems, workflow orchestration, and enterprise automation trends.
Product Execution & Delivery
- Own end-to-end product execution for key platform capabilities and features.
- Translate ambiguous business and customer problems into clear product requirements, workflows, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams as part of the EPD (Engineering–Product–Design) triad.
- Drive feature prioritization, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure product quality and comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered features meet customer and usability expectations.
AI & Automation Platform Development
- Partner with AI/ML and Engineering teams to build scalable AI-driven workflows and automation systems.
- Contribute to the design of intelligent orchestration capabilities across recruiting workflows and user journeys.
- Help define interaction patterns and experiences for AI assistants, copilots, and agentic systems within Sense IQ.
- Collaborate on platform capabilities involving:
- Workflow engines
- Event-driven systems
- Integrations and APIs
- Automation triggers and actions
- AI-generated recommendations and actions
- Balance customer flexibility with platform scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with enterprise customers, recruiters, implementation teams, and customer-facing stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and workflow inefficiencies.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions, product demos, and roadmap discussions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product Marketing teams for successful feature adoption and enablement.
- Gather product feedback and usage insights to continuously improve platform experiences.
Metrics & Product Insights
- Define and monitor key product and platform metrics such as:
- Workflow adoption and automation rates
- User engagement and productivity improvements
- AI feature usage and effectiveness
- Platform reliability and execution success rates
- Customer satisfaction and adoption
- Partner with Product Analytics and Data teams to derive actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities.
Professional Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech or M.B.A with at least 4 - 7 years of experience in the product management role
- Proficient in English, with good written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent academics throughout
- Good System Design and Analytical skills to able to take a problem statement and conceptualize solutions for the same
- Good knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work harmoniously within a team environment
- Ability to process and apply feedback constructively
