Spend more than 90% of your time offering personalized, direct support to patients, primarily addressing pharmacy-related needs by phone and email messaging.

Identify, address, and resolve pharmacy-related inquiries and challenges

Provide feedback on common issues or workflow improvements from patient interactions, while consistently following predefined workflows to fulfill pharmacy needs within standard timeframes and processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Licensure: An active pharmacy technician license in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy of the state where you are applying, free of any disciplinary actions.

Industry Experience: 2+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy working with patients and providers.

Ability to work the following shift:Pharmacy is open 7 days per week

Onsite Requirement: Must be able to commute to and work at the pharmacy location during scheduled shifts, if this position is hybrid or onsite.

Ability to learn and operate a new pharmacy management system and other relevant programs.
-
Ability to interpret, transcribe, and troubleshoot prescription information.
-
Ability to perform common math calculations.
-
Ability to effectively communicate with patients and providers on the phone.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with specialty claims adjudication.
-
Experience submitting and managing Prior Authorizations and TAR's.

Experience with Fertility and Specialty medications.

Additional Physical Job Requirements:
Work at a computer terminal for extended periods, move frequently around the pharmacy, stoop, bend, reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions to operate a computer and other pharmacy equipment, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 50 pounds. Effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.
