About the Role:
The Senior Strategic Business Operations Leader is a strategic and visionary individual contributor responsible for shaping and driving large-scale business transformation initiatives. With deep expertise in business operations, strategy, and program management, this leader plays a crucial role in defining company objectives, influencing decision-making, and executing high-impact initiatives that drive sustainable growth. This role requires exceptional analytical capabilities, thought leadership, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while fostering innovation and operational excellence.
Essential Duties:
- Act as a thought leader in business operations, leveraging deep functional expertise to develop and execute company-wide strategies that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
- Lead complex, high-stakes transformation initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of business challenges, utilizing advanced analytics and strategic insights to propose innovative solutions.
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership, influencing company objectives and shaping long-term business strategies.
- Develop scalable, repeatable operational models that enhance efficiency and enable sustainable growth across global markets.

Work Environment:

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or program management, with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Extensive experience with business intelligence, data analytics, and performance measurement tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated thought leadership, with experience developing and executing company-wide strategies.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to engage, influence, and present to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to work autonomously, defining methodologies and driving large-scale initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and making high-level strategic decisions in complex, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma).
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Understanding of software development processes and technical product lifecycles.
- Deep understanding of global market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and industry best practices.
