What you will do

Monitor key operational metrics, identify root causes, and drive timely interventions

Translate data insights into clear, actionable execution plans and ensure follow through on the ground

Lead zone level initiatives to improve demand, supply reliability, and operational performance

Drive on ground engagement with drivers, customers, merchants, and local stakeholders to gather insights and resolve operational gaps

Become the POI expert of the zone: understand POI mapping, characteristics, demand patterns, and actively manage/improve POI performance

Own and resolve map related issues (accuracy, coverage, pin location) to ensure smooth operations and user experience

Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution consistency
What you will need

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business operations, or field operations roles.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle on-ground, operational challenges.

Comfortable with fieldwork and stakeholder engagement (drivers, merchants, customers).

Good understanding of operational processes and execution excellence.

Data-driven mindset; able to use insights to identify issues and drive improvements.

Strong coordination and communication skills across teams and stakeholders.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English is preferred.
The zone team operates with a clear leadership structure, bringing together strategy, insights, and execution to drive business performance. Each zone is led by a Zone General Manager, supported by a Zone Strategy Manager and a Zone Business Operations Manager.
The Zone General Manager sets the overall direction and strategy, while the Zone Strategy Manager provides data-driven insights to inform key decisions. The Zone Business Operations Manager focuses on execution, ensuring plans are translated into strong on-the-ground performance and operational excellence.
Together, the team owns end-to-end zone performance, working closely to drive growth, respond to market dynamics, and deliver meaningful results.
