The Opportunity
As a Channel Account Manager (CAM) you’ll play a critical role in driving sales performance and growth across your territory, working closely with our sales teams to coach, build pipeline, and deliver outcomes for partners. You’ll identify partner pain points, shape solutions, and help onboard and enable partners for long-term, repeat success.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift, territories can evolve, and you’re expected to stay agile while keeping partners engaged and winning.
This position will be based in Adelaide, South Australia
What You'll Do?

Drive growth across your territory by building and maintaining a strong pipeline alongside the sales team.

Coach and partner with internal sales teams to strengthen execution across the sales process - pipeline optimisation, pricing strategies, and converting opportunities.

Own performance outcomes by measuring and driving revenue growth and margin, using metrics to identify opportunities and guide decisions.

Run the rhythm of the business: create half-yearly business plans, deliver QBRs, and keep Salesforce humming with strong data integrity.

Be a visible channel leader: attend industry events, participate in ecosystem bodies, and create engaging regional events that bring partners together.

Lead Mission Briefings end-to-end, building agendas and relationships with vendors, leaders, and industry voices to create standout partner experiences.

Build vendor collaboration and execute Go-To-Market strategies—plus run your own GTM initiatives across your network.

Collaborate weekly with CAM peers and cross-functional teams, and help onboard new team members so the region wins together.
What You Bring?

Proven channel experience (ideal): partner-side or vendor-side selling into MSPs. Telco/channel-adjacent backgrounds can work too.

Success in solution or channel sales, with deep sales process and negotiation expertise.

A data-driven approach with strong CRM/Salesforce habits and the ability to use metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Strong existing relationships in the channel and a passion for bringing partners together, being the person who builds community, drives events, and makes the market feel connected.

A get-up-and-go (entrepreneurial) mindset. You spot opportunity, build a plan, and move.

Great communication skills, strong partner presence, and the ability to influence across stakeholders and vendors.

Willingness to travel for partner visits and industry functions.

Strong organisation, self-motivation, and comfort working independently.
