As a Manila Success Specialist, you’ll be the trusted operational and billing subject matter expert (SME), supporting Partner Success Managers and Technical Success Managers. You’ll help partners navigate complex invoicing, subscription, and integration challenges with precision, empathy, and clarity.
This role is critical in reducing churn risk, improving system reliability, and driving continuous process improvement. You’ll collaborate across Partner Success, Finance, Product, and Support teams—championing positive partner outcomes while ensuring operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Act as an invoice and billing support SME, investigating discrepancies and identifying trends.
- Monitor PSA integration health and initiate corrective actions.
- Support Change of Channel and migration initiatives.
- Manage escalated billing issues with composure and accountability.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve friction points and co-create durable solutions.
- Influence structured process documentation and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in invoice auditing in a SaaS environment (preferred).
- Skilled in Excel and CSV data auditing.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Solutions-oriented, resilient, and clear communicator.
- Project management and documentation expertise.
- Empathy for end users and a collaborative approach.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Location: Onsite in Manila (first 6 months)
Schedule: Night Shift, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
