About the Role
At Arm, we are shaping the future of compute for cloud and AI infrastructure. Our hyperscale partners depend on Arm technology to deliver industry-leading performance and efficiency at massive scale. We are seeking a Hyperscale Account Sales Lead to drive strategic engagements with Tier 1 hyperscale customers. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that blends sales, business development, and deep technical leadership. You will influence infrastructure design decisions, align customer requirements with Arm’s roadmap, and accelerate adoption of Arm-based platforms across next-generation cloud and AI deployments.
This is a silicon-focused, architecture-level role requiring strong market insight, technical depth, and the ability to influence cross-company roadmap alignment spanning hardware and software ecosystems.
As a senior account leader, you will partner closely with Field Applications Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and long-term customer success. The role demands strong system-level expertise, executive communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner Engagement
- Build and manage senior executive and technical relationships with hyperscale customers
- Lead architecture-level engagements across the full silicon lifecycle—from early exploration through production deployment
- Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning customer system designs with Arm’s roadmap and long-term vision
Opportunity Development & Execution
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within hyperscale accounts
- Lead deal shaping, commercial negotiations, and long-term partnership agreements
- Drive execution against strategic account plans
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Arm’s Cloud AI business unit, ecosystem, and marketing teams to represent hyperscale requirements
- Translate customer needs into actionable insights that influence roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Drive alignment across internal stakeholders to support customer success
Value Proposition & Thought Leadership
- Articulate Arm’s differentiated value in cloud and datacenter environments, including AI capabilities, performance-per-watt, and scalability
- Represent Arm in strategic customer engagements, executive briefings, and industry forums
- Position Arm as a key enabler of next-generation cloud infrastructure
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Track cloud and datacenter technology trends, competitive dynamics, and hyperscaler roadmaps
- Develop insights to refine Arm’s strategy, positioning, and partnership priorities
- Provide feedback loops to internal teams to maintain market leadership
Who You Are
- A deeply experienced infrastructure technologist with a track record of driving adoption of complex silicon platforms at hyperscale customers
- Skilled at guiding customers through evaluation, integration, bring-up, and production deployment
- A clear and persuasive communicator who can translate complex architectural concepts into actionable insights for both technical and executive audiences
- A strategic advisor with the credibility to influence high-stakes decisions across multiple organizations
- Self-directed, adaptable, and effective in dynamic, fast-evolving customer environments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in server SoCs, including roles in sales, architecture, silicon integration, system engineering, or applications engineering
- Strong understanding of server-class CPU architectures, including cache and memory hierarchy behavior
- Experience working with hyperscale customers or large-scale cloud silicon programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in EE, CE, CS, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience with Arm Compute Subsystems (CSS), Neoverse CPUs, CMN interconnects, and System IP
- Familiarity with chiplet or multi-die server architectures
- Background in AI accelerators or heterogeneous compute integration
