What will you drive?

Execute and manage CRM campaigns for collections across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and other digital channels

Own end-to-end campaign setup: segmentation, content, scheduling, testing, and rollout

Ensure timely and compliant communication aligned with collections policies

Create and optimize short-form content for WhatsApp/SMS (payment nudges, reminders, settlement offers)

Collaborate with design/content teams to improve message clarity, tone, and conversion

Localize and personalize messages based on customer segments and delinquency buckets

Track and analyze key CRM metrics: CTR, conversion to payment, bounce rates, delivery rates

Run A/B tests on content, CTAs, timing, and channels to improve campaign performance

Continuously optimize journeys to increase digital adoption and touch-free collections

Work closely with Collections, Product, Analytics, and Tech teams to improve campaign logic

Use customer behavior and payment data to refine targeting and journeys

Maintain campaign documentation and reporting dashboards
Who are we looking for?
-
2–5 years experience running CRM or lifecycle campaigns
-
Hands-on experience with WhatsApp, SMS, Email campaigns
-
Strong understanding of content optimization and CTR improvement
-
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and basic analytics

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, Salesforce, Netcore, etc.)

Strong execution mindset with attention to detail

Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks

Basic SQL or Excel skills for analysis
