What will you drive?
We are looking for a Generative AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered products and features. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to build scalable GenAI solutions that drive measurable impact.

Define and own the roadmap for GenAI initiatives

Identify high-impact AI use cases aligned with business goals

Translate ambiguous problems into AI-powered product solutions

Work with ML/Engineering teams on LLM integration, RAG systems, and experimentation

Define evaluation metrics (quality, latency, cost, adoption)

Drive A/B testing, prompt optimization, and model performance improvements

Balance model performance, user experience, and cost efficiency

Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Lega
Who are we looking for?
-
4+ years of product management experience
-
Experience building AI/ML-powered products (GenAI preferred)

Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG
-
Technical fluency to work closely with engineers on architecture and trade-offs
-
Strong analytical thinking and experimentation mindset

Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or open-source LLMs -
Familiarity with vector databases or agent frameworks

Experience launching AI copilots or conversational systems
