What will you drive?

Design engaging, user-centric product experiences across platforms with a strong focus on systematic, interactive, and visual excellence.

Ensure every interaction is seamless, intuitive, and delightful for users.

Strictly follow and enforce CARS24’s Brand Guidelines and Design Language System (DLS) to maintain consistency across products.

Pay close attention to every pixel, color, component, and interaction detail to ensure high-quality design output.

Contribute to designing, maintaining, and scaling the design system with precision and consistency.

Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to identify, define, and solve user problems effectively.

Translate complex product challenges into simple, elegant, and impactful user experiences.

Think systematically and deliver solutions that balance business goals with user needs.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who:

Has 5+ years of experience in product design (B2B/marketplace experience is a plus)

Strong in UX thinking, interaction design, and visual design

Can independently drive end-to-end design from discovery to delivery

Translates business requirements into clear, elegant user experiences

Collaborates closely with product, engineering, and growth teams

Brings strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
