What will you drive?

Supervise a team of credit executives for evaluating client's creditworthiness to approving or rejecting used car consumer loan requests and setting loan terms

Responsibilities will also include checking credit decision mismatch with scoring models created by Data Science and provide inputs to minimise credit DS mismatch

Continuous Credit Review to monitor used car loan portfolio and provide inputs after understanding root cause analysis of deteriorating cohorts in portfolio

Rejection analysis and achieving month-on-month approval targets

Maintaining TAT with accuracy in decision of used car loan cases

Managing relationships with partners (other peer financiers) and achieving max penetration with them to book cases with them as per aligned policies

Alignment of credit policy and processes with cross functional departments and all stakeholders

Responsible for handling Trade Advance, RC Limit for Dealers/DSA

Involvement in strategic planning and benchmarking of Credit Policy with Peers and making necessary changes as per market norms
Who are we looking for?
-
Post graduate from any recognised university(no preference for stream), CA / CFA / MBA in Banking and Finance or relevant field would be preferred.

4-6 years of experience in core underwriting

Team handling experience
-
Proven work experience as a Credit Manager, Credit Analyst or similar role

Hands-on experience with TVR of customers and Fintech Credit Underwriting models

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (e.g. in Excel)

Understanding of lending policy and procedures of retail loan products, preferably car / vehicle / personal loans for salaried and self employed customers with speed and accuracy
