About the role
Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.
We're looking for an Information Security (GRC) Manager to carry out security controls, implement compliance requirements, and embed security-by-design into day-to-day operations.
You'll act as a subject matter expert for global and local regulatory frameworks and relevant RBI cybersecurity guidelines, while operationalising controls needed to maintain security.

What you'll be doing
- Maintaining and updating InfoSec policies, SOPs, baselines, and technical guidelines
- Ensuring evidence collection and documentation is maintained for audit readiness
- Performing hands-on security risk assessments for new products, features, infrastructure changes, and new technology deployments
- Identifying and managing information security risks
- Executing information security vendor due diligence reviews
- Tracking and closing vendor-related security gaps, remediation actions, and follow-up assessments
- Monitoring regulatory updates from RBI, CERT-In, PCI:DSS, DPDPA (India), ensuring changes are operationalised
- Reviewing IAM tickets for access review and approval
- Working with a 2LoD Information Security Manager to mature identity lifecycle management and access monitoring
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in information security GRC or tech risk within fintech, banking, or payments
- A solid understanding of information security controls, compliance frameworks, and fintech operating environments
- Expertise in implementing ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR/DPDPA, CERT-In, and other security controls
- Familiarity with security risk assessments, third-party risk, access management, and compliance reporting
- Great documentation and process management skills
- The ability to balance regulatory obligations with pragmatic, business-friendly execution
Nice to have
- Experience working in 1LoD roles or performing IT audits in regulated environments
- Exposure to card payments, investments, FX, or digital banking products
- Relevant certifications, such as ISO 27001 LA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or CCSP
- Proficiency in SQL or Python
