Technical Program Manager – Embedded Systems

Job Summary
Netradyne is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional teams in delivering cutting-edge embedded and IoT products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams to drive the complete product lifecycle—from early prototyping through mass production.
You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution by managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and delivering high-quality products on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
- Define, plan, and execute complex engineering programs across embedded product lines
- Drive program schedules and ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact across Hardware, Firmware, Software, QA, and Product Management teams
- Foster strong collaboration and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
Dependency Management
- Identify and manage dependencies across multiple teams and functions
- Proactively negotiate timelines and resolve conflicts to keep programs on track
Risk Management & Mitigation
- Anticipate technical risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints
- Develop and execute mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery
Technical Communication
- Provide regular updates on program status, milestones, risks, and changes to leadership
- Translate technical challenges into clear business impact for stakeholders
Process & Execution Excellence
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to improve efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including streamlining software release cycles
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management
- Strong background in embedded systems, IoT, or automotive domains
Technical Expertise
- Solid understanding of embedded software ecosystems, including hardware-software integration
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Tools & Technologies
- Hands-on experience with project tracking and management tools such as Jira, MS Project (MPP), Smartsheet
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience in scaling products from prototype to production
- Familiarity with automotive standards or IoT platforms
- PMP / Agile certifications
