We’re looking for a Strategy & Business Developer to join Oda Group Services !
Drive Oda’s and Mathem's strategic focus by providing the analytical and operational support needed to execute our long-term ambitions. This involves facilitating the strategy and OKR processes, developing high-quality decision material, and driving strategic projects from planning to execution, translating "next big bets" into concrete operational results.
What you’ll be doing as a Strategy & Business Developer

Support the end-to-end strategy process by coordinating timelines, facilitating workshops, and ensuring alignment on OKRs across the organization.

Drive and manage strategic projects and improvement initiatives from planning through to execution and follow-up.

Conduct research and analysis to build robust business cases and decision material for the management team and Board.

Develop and maintain structured processes, tools, and ways of working to ensure efficient strategy execution and information flow.

Assist in the operationalization of the company strategy by tracking progress on key strategic improvement initiatives.

Prepare high-quality presentations and material for key forums, including Board meetings, monthly business reviews, and management workshops.

Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated and effectively communicated.
To thrive in this role, you enjoy taking full end-to-end ownership of complex projects by applying a structured, analytical mindset to solve problems and deliver high-impact results in fast-paced environments. You engage in simplifying data through storytelling and active listening and thereby build the trust and cross-functional relationships necessary to drive Oda’s and Mathem's mission forward.

What would be nice to have

2+ years of experience from management consulting, a corporate strategy role, or a similar high-paced environment.

Higher education at Master’s level within business, engineering, finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management and a track record of driving projects from planning to execution.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making.

Experience in preparing high-quality presentation material and decision documents for management or stakeholders.

Familiarity with defining strategy and strategy operationalization through frameworks like OKRs or similar methodologies.

Ability to manage and align multiple internal stakeholders through structured communication and coordination.

Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Norwegian is a plus.
