About the Networks Team The Networks team is responsible for making blockchain connectivity inside MetaMask feel invisible, reliable, and trustworthy—no matter which chain a user is interacting with. This includes ownership of EVM and non-EVM network connectivity, network switching, chain discovery, RPC configuration, performance and reliability, safety, L2s, custom networks, and the speed at which MetaMask can safely support new networks. As a Staff Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of MetaMask’s network layer—one of the most critical and complex parts of the wallet. You will shape how MetaMask scales across emerging EVM chains and key non-EVM ecosystems, ensuring network expansion aligns with MetaMask’s broader product and business strategy while maintaining best-in-class reliability and user trust. This is a high-impact, cross-cutting role. The network experience underpins every MetaMask feature, from asset visibility to swaps, bridges, and dapp interactions. You will operate as a domain owner and strategic partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Security and Data. The network layer is the foundation of MetaMask. Every transaction, asset view, and dapp interaction depends on it being fast, reliable, and secure. As Staff PM for Networks, you will directly shape MetaMask’s ability to scale across a multi-chain future—supporting emerging ecosystems while maintaining the trust of hundreds of millions of users.
