Lead end-to-end delivery of customer engagements from scoping through execution and renewal. Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders while managing cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery aligned to business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Delivery Management

Primary point of contact for assigned engagements across business and technical stakeholders

Lead project governance including steering committees, status reviews, and executive readouts

Translate client objectives into clear engagement plans with measurable success criteria

Manage client expectations, scope boundaries, and change requests; escalate and resolve conflicts
Project Execution & Governance
-
Own engagement plan including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Product, Support)

Implement delivery governance: RAID logs, status reports, change control, communication plans
-
Ensure quality project artifacts: charters, SOWs, status decks, runbooks, handover documentation
Commercial & Value Delivery

Own services SOW: scope, assumptions, deliverables, acceptance criteria

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales and Customer Success

Define and track value metrics: adoption, performance, time-to-value, business impact

Drive user adoption and change management with client sponsors
Risk & Quality Management

Maintain consolidated view of project health: schedule, scope, budget, risks, satisfaction

Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks; manage dependencies across teams

Enforce best-practice methodologies (agile/hybrid delivery, SDLC, data & AI standards)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
-
7+ years in consulting, professional services, or program/project management with enterprise customers
-
Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations (SaaS, data/analytics, AI/ML, MarTech/CDP)
-
Strong stakeholder management with clear, confident communication skills
-
Expertise in project management: planning, estimation, risk management, governance

Experience owning SOWs, budgets, and profitability for services engagements

Excellent presentation skills; ability to translate technical topics into business language

Experience in global, cross-functional environments across time zones
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with CDPs, marketing technology, data platforms, or AI/ML implementations

Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe

Background in data & analytics, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), or enterprise SaaS
-
Experience collaborating with partners/SIs in shared delivery models
