About the role:
- Drive cross product growth initiatives by identifying opportunities that enhance portfolio performance and increase customer lifetime value across our products
- Lead structured A/B and multivariate testing across journeys, validating hypotheses and scaling the initiatives that deliver measurable improvement
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing to design and deliver data informed campaigns across acquisition, engagement and retention
- Translate customer behaviour, performance data and market trends into clear recommendations that guide prioritisation across growth, retention and marketing initiatives
- Help foster a culture of experimentation and customer centric growth across teams
About you:
- A strong analytical foundation, comfortable working with numbers and using tools like Excel to explore data, form insights and shape recommendations
- The ability to turn complex data into clear stories, communicating confidently with senior stakeholders and influencing decision making
- Experience contributing as an individual contributor, driving your own work forward while collaborating effectively across teams
- A track record of owning projects that improve the commercial performance of a product or feature, from defining the strategy through to execution
- An interest in growth, customer behaviour and experimentation, using data and creativity to identify opportunities and deliver meaningful outcomes
