What Will You Drive? Establish and optimize Retail C2C unit processes, managing daily team performance. The incumbent is responsible for setting up the Retail unit and processes, managing daily performance of all team members and delivering regular reviews. Develop and implement sales strategies and goals. Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve results. Collaborate with operations, loan team, VAS team to optimize sales efforts. Achieve targeted growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's business plan.
Who are we looking for?
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams. In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer experience management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with teams and senior leadership. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage metrics for business improvement. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
