What will you drive?

Dealer Network Expansion: Build and strengthen relationships with luxury car dealers, ensuring an extensive and trusted procurement network.

Luxury Car Procurement: Identify and acquire high-quality pre-owned luxury cars that meet the brand’s standards and customer expectations.

Strategic Sales Execution: Implement strategies to achieve procurement targets by sourcing exclusive inventory from dealer partners.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Procurement Associates & Key Account Managers, ensuring high-performance standards.

Dealer Relationship Management: Foster long-term engagement with luxury car dealers, ensuring smooth procurement processes and dealer satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse market trends, pricing insights, and dealer performance metrics to optimize procurement efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with pricing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless transactions and inventory management.

Luxury Market Insights: Stay updated with trends in the luxury car segment, including pricing fluctuations, demand patterns, and competitor strategies.
Who are we looking for?

Experience in Premium/Luxury Automobile Sales or Procurement, with a strong understanding of dealer networks and high-end car transactions.

Proven track record of team leadership, with the ability to motivate and manage sales or procurement teams.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, particularly in the luxury automotive sector.

Analytical mind-set with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Passion for the luxury car industry, with deep knowledge of premium brands, market trends, and dealer behaviour.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Prior experience in high-ticket item sales, procurement, or dealership management is a plus.
