What will you drive?

Maintain a deep knowledge of channel partner products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing channel partners.

Identify dealer needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Provide dealers with comprehensive product/service information and guide their decision-making process.

Ensure dealer satisfaction and retention by facilitating transactions and cross-selling products.

Achieve retention and transaction targets.

Resolve complaints and issues pertaining to dealers efficiently and in a timely manner.

Conduct daily visits as per the scheduled beat, connecting dealers to the Cars24 platform.

Travel as required for customer and dealer meetings and inspections.
Who are we looking for?

Target-driven professional comfortable with field sales and daily travel.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Execution-focused with the ability to close, retain, and grow accounts.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps, CRM, and digital platforms.

Prior experience in channel sales, dealer management, auto, fintech, or marketplace roles is a plus.
