The Role
As a Principal/Architect Product Designer on our AI Platform team, you'll be a founding member shaping the product design and user experience of our AI platform. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to lead the design vision for our AI initiatives. This role requires expert-level UX and UI design skills, storytelling ability, customer journey mapping, thought leadership, and empathy.
You'll thrive in designing the future of our AI platform experience, which includes product design, conversation design, systems thinking, competitive research, and information architecture. From concept to final mockup, you'll shape the user experience through storyboards, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes—translating user needs into thoughtful designs that teams can rally around.
What You'll Do

Communicate clear and compelling ideas to stakeholders through documentation, reviews, and presentations

Bridge design, product, engineering, and marketing teams

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer voices to create a product vision

Generate detailed design specifications that inspire accurate developer builds

Work with development and quality teams to deliver polished final products

Promote and educate others on interface guidelines and design patterns

Mentor design staff on designing for outcomes versus outputs

Drive experimentation with AI tools and prototypes

Set the vision for product creative identity and guide implementation

Create inclusive designs for all users and advocate for accessibility
What You'll Bring
-
7+ years of experience designing and delivering products from start to finish as part of cross-functional teams
-
Experience designing for platforms where automation meets AI (Salesforce experience preferred)

Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices
-
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments while meeting tight deadlines

Skill in exploring ideas, persuading others, and building consensus on projects with varying degrees of ambiguity
