What will you drive?

Handle incoming leads from Australian customers through calls, chats, and emails.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicle options from our online inventory.

Explain product features, pricing, documentation, and financing options clearly.

Build rapport and follow up with potential buyers to move them through the purchase journey.

Coordinate with internal teams (inspection, delivery, loan processing) to ensure seamless customer experience.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools and update customer status regularly.
Who are we looking for?

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or fintech).

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); understanding of Australian communication style is a plus.

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.

Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to learn fast, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack).

Must have a good internet connection, laptop/desktop, and noise-free environment to work from home
