We are looking for a passionate Senior Program Manager with Government Contractor experience who can build and foster our consulting capability within the implementation team across Public Sector customers. You will be leading digital transformation projects with the help of our outstanding subject matter advisors and implementation specialists. In addition, you will be a player/coach to help establish a PMO function within the public sector professional services team driving industry best practices and experiences to the team while directly leading one of our more strategic implementations. This role will contribute to the ICERTIS product roadmap through active feedback from customers and implementation experience. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced start-up, learn the Icertis platform and CLM domain, and become an expert on how customers use Icertis. #LI-RS1
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, oversight, and management of customer-facing project delivery within public sector vertical to ensure performance against contract and project requirements. Coordinate and ensure completion of deliverables, and other contractual requirements.
- Manage all aspects of projects from planning through execution while establishing solid working relationships with customers and stakeholders in an effort to deliver successfully on program goals and position Icertis as a thought leader on the program.
- Management and monitoring of the work relating to management and support of all activities throughout the lifecycle of the project to support the implementations.
- Analyze and manage the real needs of project stakeholders including customers and end users, with an initial focus on requirements analysis to quickly move into management of those requirements and verifying their fulfillment through actual implementation.
- Manage cross-functional interactions with Icertis internal teams - e.g. Product Management, Customer Support, and Cloud Operations and be the point of contact to drive toward successful implementations.
- Plan for weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership reviews focused on implementation program status with a focus on schedule, cost, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coaching the other directors/project leaders on sound program management industry fundamentals in support of our government contractor projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of public sector/government contractor IT Program Management experience or equivalent and a proven track record working with heterogeneous teams spread across multiple locations/time zones is mandatory.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of SDLC, project management, and product implementation methodologies. Experience in Software Development or Product Support is a plus.
- Proactive and organized with project planning tools experience such as MS Project for devising detailed project plans, project monitoring, and progress tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, discretion, and excellent judgment. Very strong business analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities efficiently and professionally.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
- Must have direct client engagement experience over multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Show an acumen to correctly interpret trends and patterns from available data and to formulate effective strategies to achieve program/project objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a keen business sense is required. MBA and/or experience in Management Consulting is preferred.
- Progressive experience in managing enterprise SaaS implementations - analyzing, troubleshooting, and debugging customer issues will be useful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Superb time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of SaaS, Microsoft technologies, and Cloud services
- Six SIgma, ITIL, PMP or other certifications required.
Salary range and description
Min $175,000 - Max $200,000 USD per year
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
