- You will be part of an exciting team which is responsible for growing and managing the accounts of Enterprise Key Merchants for GrabFood Malaysia.
About this role
- You will manage a portfolio of F&B Enterprise Key Accounts, focusing on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability. You will pitch marketing campaigns and sell new products/programs to increase growth among all merchants. Additionally, you will assist with business identification, partnerships, account management, and execution strategy, reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, Enterprise Merchant Solutions and hybrid working in Malaysia.
The Critical Tasks You will Perform
- You will manage a portfolio of key chain restaurants with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability/revenue.
- You will liaise with key merchants for merchant-funded promo programs, partnerships, new products, and new features.
- You will identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to merchant operations and deliver solutions to these issues.
- You will drive the growth of key accounts by analyzing data and developing initiatives to increase profitability/revenue aligned with country targets.
- You will execute business improvement projects to create value for both merchants and Grab Malaysia.
- You will evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- You will work across functions to tailor merchant-specific needs (e.g., customized reporting, marketing support, integrations).
- You will drive operational excellence by collaborating with the merchants and operations teams.
