- Salesforce Administration: Oversee the administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, data integrity, and system configuration.
- System Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, , validation rules, and reports.
- User Support: Provide advanced support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance policies, performing regular data audits, and managing data imports and exports.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce, collaborating with business stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with security policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards, implementing best practices for data protection and system security.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to junior Salesforce administrators and end-users, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of managing complex Salesforce environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform administration, including user management, security settings, data management and Lightning pages.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools (e.g., , Flow, Apex).
- Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader and third-party integration tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Soft Skills:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of other CRM platforms and their integration with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
