  • Preparing harness system electrical schematics, mark-up drawings and documentation
  • Analyzing and reviewing system and component design specifications and requirements
  • Collecting and checking electrical systems information from customers and suppliers​
  • Managing HV & LV harness design requirements ​
  • Developing HV & LV harnesses within the battery system and subsystems
  • Analyzing systems and environment information to determine electrical requirements for circuit design, e.g.: wire size, fuse rating, EMC, etc.​
  • Preparation of 3D CAD design drafts for wiring harness components​
  • 3D CAD packaging, routing  and development of solutions to harness integration solutions with responsible project engineers​
  • Preparing 2D drawings in line with the planned design prior to the release​
  • Analyzing required harness complexity to support customers within the constraints of manufacturing, sequencing, and optimized giveaway cost


  • Associate degree/certification in production technologies, engineering or similar
  • Experience in Battery Systems Engineering as well as experience with product design and designing tools and jigs
  • Knowledge in battery cell behaviour and experience with battery pack standards and norms
  • Problem-solving and experimental design approach, driven by curiosity and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
