As a Creative Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for adopting and localising the product positioning, global marketing & brand campaigns, contributing to the local social media strategy, researching and advocating for customers, and owning the strategy for new customer-facing products and features launched on your specific market.

You'll work with the Head of Growth of your market to deliver highly impactful campaigns to drive awareness, adoption and engagement for Revolut’s products. You'll partner with a high-performing cross-functional team across Product, Marketing, Design, Brand and Growth departments to achieve shared goals and KPIs.

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Working closely with the Head of Growth of your country to adopt global go-to-market launch strategies, including messaging and product positioning
  • Working with local language owners to adapt global marketing campaigns and make it relevant for local audiences, such as lifecycle comms, social media, product marketing, brand campaigns, and other global initiatives driven centrally
  • Running seasonal and product marketing campaigns relevant to your specific market only
  • Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works locally in order to create data-driven, actionable insights for the product & marketing teams.

 

What you'll need

 

  • Experience in either B2B or B2C growth or marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper growth global tech company)
  • Experience of working closely with copywriting and design teams to develop creative and engaging conten
  • A strong track record in consumer marketing and an understanding of channels - in-product, digital, PR and offline activations
  • Passion about Revolut’s products and knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: you're a charismatic, people-person who has the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment

  • Hands-on experience in copywriting
