Summary: 
 
As a Technical Program Manager, you will work with Engineering teams implementing the Fabric eCommerce platform for the product roadmap. The person will be responsible for execution and delivery of all projects with high quality and drive the highest levels of customer adoption and success. They understand key problems, propose and analyze multiple solutions and lead the team to produce the most efficient, cost-effective, and rapidly scalable solutions.
 
The right candidate will have demonstrated experience with end-to-end technical program management of complex projects and does have a well-rounded technical background in current technologies. You will leverage your practical experience to deliver large, complex solutions and teams with highly skilled technologists to ensure flawless product delivery. You will have experience in acting as the liaison between the engineering team, product and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery of services.  Provide the vision, rationale, and recommendations to Fabric’s leadership for platform improvements while ensuring current systems meet performance and operational standards.
 
Responsibilities: 
 
- Maintaining awareness of internal roadmap and new product features 
- Prioritization and grooming, converting use cases to technical stories, Jira management and tracking.  
- Be able to drive multiple programs across different product and customers
- Own and be accountable for all projects or programs that you are responsible for  tracking across within the assigned product
- Own escalating and bringing all relevant stakeholders together to ensure the project is progressing on the right track
- Engages cross-functional teams as needed to unlock or enable the team
- Own backlog maintenance and grooming for all products along the path to prioritize or reject backlog items, in collaboration with Product Manager and Engineering Managers
- Own all scrum ceremonies and ensures they are an effective and good use of everyone’s time
- Lead tracking all learnings and action items through retros and sharing results
- Drive better planning, prioritization, and communication 
- Owns communication and information flow within teams internally and externally along with leadership
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of fabric’s architectural solutions/environment
- Drive improvements in implementation methodology using best practices
 
Qualifications: 
 
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management
- A passion for technology and digital transformation
- An innovative mind that is creative and doesn’t follow cookie-cutter ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience communicating at all levels
- Experience in establishing and managing cross-fucntional relationships and effectively managing expectations
- Passionate about the understanding of eCommerce Extensive experience with JIRA and Agile
- Experience of large scale microservices cloud solution 
- Understanding of cloud software solutions and high-performance multi-tier applications.Preferred experience implementing legacy & monolithic eCommerce solution such as - Oracle Commerce Cloud (ATG), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), SAP Hybris, Magento or Shopify Plus
- Preferred hands-on experience with SmartSheets, DataDog, Jira Advanced Roadmaps and plug-in apps
- PMP or Scrum Certification Preferred
