It's time to give up the good and go for the great! As part of our Digital Coaching Institute (DCI) team you will have a direct impact on democratising coaching globally for all career levels. Our international pool of Top Coaches are at the core of what allows CoachHub to provide quality coaching for our clients. As a Coach Community Manager, you will join our global task-force pioneering the future of digital coaching and evolving CoachHub’s Coach community experience. You will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the community management involving the various areas of the department (L&D, Events/Partnerships, Marketing and Social Media Projects). We want to build an engaged and empowered CoachHub Community especially as we scale all around the globe. About the team:

The Coach Community Team is responsible for the Community experience of our +2500 Coaches worldwide. Not only will you collaborate with people having really interesting backgrounds and interests - but you will work with coaching passionates who love cultivating an amazing team culture. You will collaborate closely with our Head of DCI Christina (check her out on Linkedin here) who will share the daily mantra: “There is no power for change greater than us democratizing coaching for all levels globally!!”

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Co-shape and implement a strategic framework with offers that aim a first-class CoachHub Coach Community Experience 
  • Own the execution of the marketing/communication agenda for Coaches across all areas: L&D, Events, Partners, Social initiatives and more
  • Design and lead the communication infrastructure and engagement strategy for our Coaches with the focus on our internal community platform 
  • Create relevant internal content and resources to support the Community’s projects (NL, Social Media Post, Community Posts, Articles etc.) 
  • Understand and build relationships with our Coaches through our platform, 1:1s, surveys, webinars, events or social meetups
  • Conduct and analyze coach market experience research to enhance new initiatives that drive the community's growth 
  • Report on community metrics, the community experience and engagement to provide feedback and insights to leadership and partners
  • Implement cross-departmental processes to ensure a successful flow in project delivery 
  • Implement and coordinate the technical setup and integration of our Learning & Community solution
  • Conceptualize and moderate workshops for the CoachHub DCI as well as the team

 

Your Profile:

  • + 3 years experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building and moderating online forums, designing ambassador programs, creating communication series e.g. with newsletters)
  • Completed university degree or equivalent
  • You’re a gifted online relationship-builder who is energized by others, eager to make connections with Coaches passionate about the world of digital coaching 
  • You’re a talented communicator across all relevant mediums bringing enthusiasm to the team 
  • Able to handle multiple priorities at the same time and being an advocate for a great time management and prioritization
  • Business fluency in English - German and/or French would be a great plus! 
  • Strong interest in Business Coaching

  • You’ve managed and/or moderated an online community of +2000 people in the ed-tech space
