As Director of Sales for Italy, you will manage and expand the Enterprise Sales Team, which consists of Account Executives. Utilizing good leadership skills and your own experience in sales, you will be responsible for the entire success in the assigned region. You inspire, promote, challenge, and coach a team of high performers.

  • You set ambitious goals and accompany the team including knowledge transfer, best practice, training, collegial case advice and supervision
  • Objectives & performance monitoring by the team
  • Forecasting, data analysis
  • Management responsibility with 1:1 meetings and development talks with your team members to support everyone in their personal and professional development
  • Recruiting new employees including role plays & interviews
  • You support the account executives in closing deals

  • You are a people person and have very good leadership skills
  • You have a high level of self-propulsion and the will to succeed
  • You have a very good B2B sales profile
  • You already have initial experience in leading high performance sales teams, with a minimum of 3 years and you had experience as an individual contributor at an Enterprise Level
  • In your role as a manager, you also act as a coach for your team to help them achieve their ambitious goals
  • You are familiar with the entire sales cycle
  • You understand the added value of continuous further education through workshops, seminars, training courses or conferences
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
