Vision and Mission

We are expanding our team! We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager, Japan to help create leads for our team through events, lead generation and content. You have a good command of B2B Marketing. Your work will be an integral part of our company's growth and success.

About the Job

You represent Marketing within the local team in Japan, and represent Japan within the global Marketing team
You will market a product that helps and supports people
You will work in a fast paced environment where no day is the same
You will position CoachHub as front runners in the L&D space through events, webinars, PR, lead generation and more.
You’ll enjoy working closely with the Sales team on ideas for content that the local markets will respond well to.
You will support with Client and Partner marketing, as well as content creation for the local market
You will develop a good command of the B2B HR market

Your Profile

You have worked successfully in a marketing position in-house and/or in a PR agency for at least 10 years
You have various experiences in the Tech and/or HR space in Japan
You have a proven track record of exceeding expectations in generating leads.
You can show at least 5 years experience in booking and/or managing events
You are great at developing and managing agency relationships.
You are proud of your excellent verbal & written communication, presentation skills in Japanese and have an eye for detail.
Your content expertise makes us feel like the wonderful view into spring.
You value working in a team and enjoy working independently.
You have a warm & friendly heart and analytical & data driven head.
Experience in B2B - we love it!
You speak English fluently
