Job Description

We are currently looking for a Human Resource Executive - Singapore, who is well versed in day-to-day human resources operations and administrative duties to join our growing regional team! The objective of this role is to achieve operational excellence of the HR department. You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager to support the full day-to-day operations for the Centre of Excellence (COE) Team.


What you will be doing:

  • Support HR Manager in day-to-day operations and monthly payroll.
  • Knowledge in full set payroll is preferred
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations and internal communication channels.
  • Prepare contract letter for new hires
  • Maintain Internal HRIS and prepare ad-hoc reports for HR metrics and Costing.
  • Support in HR audits and ensuring data integrity.
  • Handles Health & Safety and Safe Management Measures related matters.
  • Supports general office matters such as HR inventory, vendor relations, building maintenance, etc.
  • Provide a report on cost information, not limited to training, compensation and benefits, office maintenance, IT assets and budgeting, etc
  • All other administrative duties as assigned.


What you will need:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or related course of study.
  • Ideally 1 to 3 years of Human Resource experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and provide recommendations for employee-related matters.
  • Ability to handle full set payroll and claims transactions
  • Prior experience in the start-up and/or technology industry is preferred but not necessary
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, IHRP-CP certifications are a plus.
