About the role
As Revolut continues to scale up, we are looking for a driven individual to join us as a Workplace Concierge based in Porto, to join our Workplace Tech Services Team. This is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience at a strategic and hands-on level in a fast-growing, data-driven organisation.
 
What you’ll be doing
• Take care of the proper image of the company and appearance of the reception according to Revolut's standards;
• Support the business meetings held in the office - acting as a point of contact, visitor management, guests welcoming, booking rooms, meet and greet activities;
• Maintain meeting rooms - provide necessary stationary and ensures tidiness;
• Manage WX tickets - respond politely and adequately, meeting SLA’s;
• Arrange catering for in-house meetings if required;
• Support customers questions (internal and external visitors, Revoluters, stakeholders) via email, Jira, slack and in person;
• Cooperate with landlord, vendors, security and cleaning team; 
• Manage proper communication related to WX activities, regarding any issues and planned actions;
• Manage company documentation (outgoing, incoming mails, e-mails, invoices, etc.) following the agreed rules and playbook;
• Conduct daily office checks and report any issues; 
• Answer incoming phone calls, provide basic and accurate information;
• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
• Manage access card control, provide badges and block them.
 
What you'll need
• Preferred: experience working in a similar position at a multi-location (ideally international) company 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask 
• Motivated and positive, with a 'can-do' attitude 
• Strong team player, with a readiness to 'muck in' but with the ability to work independently, using own initiative when required 
• Keen attention to detail 
• Flexible, with a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and to learn new skills 
• Reliable and responsible with a friendly and approachable manner 
• Preferred, but not essential, general understanding of Tech Services, specifically use of MacBooks and Google Suite
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
