What you will be doing:
- Develop Human Resource strategies aligned with the business objectives
- Partner with senior leaders to drive key people agenda
- Advisor to senior leaders and people managers on compliance and regulatory matters, including employee grievance and conduct management
- Direct the planning, development, implementation and administration of human resource functions within an employee lifecycle with a focus on retention, employee communications, engagement and relations, performance management and exit management.
- Supporting in the implementation of group wide HR policies and programmes, including working closely with overseas offices in the implementation when required
- Keep abreast of industry trends, practices and statutory guidelines and deep dive for HR solutions
What you will need:
- Degree in any discipline
- Strong knowledge in local employment laws and HR policies
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience (at least 5 years managerial experience)
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Effective leadership skills to manage several projects simultaneously and ensure the team meet deadlines including global initiatives
- Result-oriented with strong sense of accountability for accomplishing assignments within timelines
