Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Develop Human Resource strategies aligned with the business objectives
• Partner with senior leaders to drive key people agenda
• Advisor to senior leaders and people managers on compliance and regulatory matters, including employee grievance and conduct management
• Direct the planning, development, implementation and administration of human resource functions within an employee lifecycle with a focus on retention, employee communications, engagement and relations, performance management and exit management.
• Supporting in the implementation of group wide HR policies and programmes, including working closely with overseas offices in the implementation when required
• Keep abreast of industry trends, practices and statutory guidelines and deep dive for HR solutions

What you will need:

• Degree in any discipline
• Strong knowledge in local employment laws and HR policies
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience (at least 5 years managerial experience)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong stakeholder management
• Effective leadership skills to manage several projects simultaneously and ensure the team meet deadlines including global initiatives
• Result-oriented with strong sense of accountability for accomplishing assignments within timelines
